Year-Round Valentine’s Day Printables

A free Valentine’s Day printable that can be used in your decor year-round.

valentine's day vignette including a framed printable One of the simplest and most budget-friendly ways to add seasonal charm to your home is with a printable. A single framed print can update a space instantly, whether it’s for a holiday vignette or everyday decor. This free Valentine’s Day printable was designed to be versatile so you can enjoy it beyond February.

I teamed up with two blogging friends to share extra Valentine’s Day craft ideas—be sure to read to the end of this post to see their projects. Meanwhile, I’ll tell you how I styled my printable and offer a few tips for printing and displaying it.

I keep an assortment of frames specifically for printables, choosing sizes and styles depending on where I’ll place the piece. valentine's day vignette including a framed printable Sometimes a printable becomes part of a gallery wall, but I often prefer placing it in a tabletop frame so it can be included in a seasonal vignette with other accessories.

Because I usually keep Valentine’s Day decorating minimal, I created a small, subtle “Valentine-ish” vignette on the kitchen sideboard. It’s in a prominent spot, so the framed printable paired with a few faux blooms brings just the right hint of romance without feeling overdone. valentine's day vignette including a framed printable

The printable intentionally avoids hearts and traditional Valentine’s colors so it fits smoothly into everyday decor. I've mentioned before that I don't do a lot of decorating for the annual day of love, so to keep it simple I created a little Valentine'ish vignette on the sideboard in my kitchen. It's located in a very visible spot, so the printable, combined with a few faux florals, adds just the right bit of a romantic touch. It’s sized at 8 x 10 inches and can be printed on a standard home printer. Because most home printers print on letter-sized paper, you may need to trim the edges slightly so the print fits snugly into your frame. Black borders shown on the blog preview are not part of the printable; they were added here to help the image stand out on the page.

Printing tips: use a heavier paper or matte photo paper for a more professional feel; select “borderless” or “fit to page” if your printer supports it; and trim carefully with a paper trimmer or sharp craft knife and ruler for clean edges. If your frame has a mat, the printable will look perfectly centered without any trimming at all.

Styling tips: place the frame on a sideboard, mantel, entry table, or layered within a bookshelf vignette. Complement the printable with seasonal accents—fresh or faux florals, a small candle, or a stack of books—to create balance and interest. Because this design is neutral and understated, it pairs well with both modern and farmhouse decor styles.
