STOPPED ME IN MY SCROLL
If you love coastal, collected, and elegant home styling, check out Molly In Maine. Her feed is a beautiful mix of natural texture, soft color palettes, and thoughtful displays that feel both curated and effortless.
One post that really grabbed me was a shell collection displayed like art. The simple, layered arrangement turns ordinary seashells into a refined vignette—an easy, low-cost way to add texture and coastal charm to any room. It’s a great reminder that small collections look best when treated with intention.

OUTFIT INSPIRATION
This week’s outfit inspiration centers on an easy, timeless palette: black and ivory. It’s a classic combination that translates well for everyday wear, office looks, or evenings out. The contrast is flattering, chic, and simple to accessorize.
The anchor piece for the look was a tribal-inspired necklace that set the tone for the rest of the outfit. I paired a 3/4 sleeve black top with French vanilla pull-on jeans and black-and-white flats for a comfortable, polished ensemble. A mix of ivory-and-black bracelets, raffia-style earrings, and a mesh band watch finishes the look with texture and subtle detail.

Not everything I’m wearing could be linked directly, so I created a mood board with the exact items or similar pieces to help you recreate the look. This makes it easy to shop by category—tops, jeans, shoes, jewelry—so you can tailor the outfit to your budget and style.

WHAT I’M WATCHING OR READING
For a recent movie night we rented The Contractor starring Chris Pine. It’s an engaging action-thriller with solid performances and a tense, propulsive plot. I’d rate it about 3.5 out of 5 stars—entertaining if you enjoy military-themed thrillers and fast-paced stories.

RECENT PURCHASE I LOVE
I recently ordered a set of four dining side chairs for the breakfast room and I’m absolutely thrilled with them. The low-profile silhouette and classic upholstery give the space a fresh, tailored look. They come in multiple fabric and wood combinations, making it easy to match your existing decor.

They arrived exactly as pictured and the scale is perfect for my breakfast nook. In person, the color and texture feel richer than the online photos, which is always a pleasant surprise. I’m pairing them with a patterned fabric I’m using for cushion accents and drapery to create a layered, comfortable look.

ON THE HOME FRONT
If you followed last week’s roundup, you know I’m in the middle of a breakfast nook refresh and making design decisions that blend color and pattern. I’m excited about the direction—mixing classic neutrals with lively prints for a fresh, modern take on a cozy dining area. You can see the plan I shared earlier for more context in my Friday Favorites post and the related refresh plan.
Over the next few days I’ll be focused in my sewing room cutting and sewing six drapery panels for the large bay window using this fabric. I love that pattern and color are making a comeback in interiors—it’s such an easy way to add personality, warmth, and depth to a room.

Wishing you a relaxing, creative weekend—may it include a little decorating, a comfy outfit, and something good to watch.
